Cy5.5 Labeled Gold Nanoparticles (gold nanoparticles Cy5.5 labeled) consist of two main components: Cy5.5 and gold nanoparticles. Cy5.5 emits near-infrared fluorescence, which is particularly valuable for in vivo imaging and deep-tissue applications. Near-infrared light penetrates biological tissues more effectively and has lower background autofluorescence, making it ideal for imaging in living organisms. Gold nanoparticles can enhance the fluorescence of nearby fluorophores. Gold nanoparticles are generally biocompatible and well-tolerated in biological systems. When labeled with Cy5.5, they can be used for targeted imaging and tracking of biological molecules, cells, and tissues, both in vitro and in vivo.
