Description

DiR Labeled Tumor-Accumulating Liposomes, Lyophilized Powder are a class of lipid-based nanoparticles designed for efficient drug delivery and fluorescence-based imaging of tumor accumulation. Incorporating DiR (1,1′-Dioctadecyl-3,3,3′,3′-tetramethylindotricarbocyanine iodide), a near-infrared (NIR) dye, into the liposome bilayer enables real-time tracking and monitoring of liposome biodistribution. These liposomes are particularly valuable for cancer research due to their ability to exploit the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect for passive tumor targeting.
