Description

DOTAP-based Fluoroliposome-DiR-Azide, Lyophilized Powder provides multiple advantages in imaging, drug delivery, and bioorthogonal conjugation, particularly for in vivo tracking, targeted therapy, and molecular functionalization. The DOTAP lipid contains a positively charged quaternary ammonium group, facilitating electrostatic interactions with negatively charged cell membranes and enhancing cellular uptake, especially for gene delivery or drug encapsulation. DiR has excellent fluorescence stability and minimal interference from biological autofluorescence, allowing for deep tissue imaging and long-duration monitoring of liposome behavior in animals.
