Description

DOTAP-based Fluoroliposome-Pyrene lipid, Lyophilized Powder can be used to monitor the internalization of liposomes into cells during transfection experiments. The pyrene fluorescence provides real-time data on liposome uptake and the distribution of liposomes within the cells. This can help optimize formulations for gene delivery, improve transfection efficiency, and provide insight into the intracellular fate of the liposomes.
