Description

DOTAP-based Fluoroliposome-Rhodamine lipid-Azide, Lyophilized Powder can be used as vaccine carriers for antigens or adjuvants. The azide group allows for the conjugation of immune-modulating agents, while the Rhodamine fluorescence provides a way to track vaccine delivery and immune response. The ability to track liposome localization and release of antigens enhances the efficacy of vaccine formulations and provides insights into immune activation. In addition, the Pyrene fluorescence can be used to monitor liposome stability over time, allowing researchers to assess the integrity of the liposome in different environments (e.g., serum stability, temperature changes, pH variations).
