Description

DOTAP-based Fluoroliposome-Rhodamine lipid, Lyophilized Powder can be used for live-cell fluorescence imaging to visualize the uptake, trafficking, and intracellular localization of liposomes. This is particularly useful for studying liposome dynamics and understanding how they interact with different types of cells or tissues. DOTAP-based rhodamine-labeled liposomes can also be used for non-invasive fluorescence imaging in vivo. The strong fluorescence of rhodamine allows for monitoring liposome biodistribution and tracking the delivery of therapeutic agents to specific tissues or organs, which is useful for both preclinical and clinical applications.
