DOTAP/DOPE(3.5/1.5 mM) Liposomes, Carboxyfluorescein Encapsulated are a specific formulation of liposomes where the primary lipid components consist of DOTAP (1,2-dioleoyl-3-trimethylammonium-propane) and DOPE (1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine) which are encapsulated by Carboxyfluorescein. Carboxyfluorescein is an excellent choice for monitoring cellular uptake, tracking liposomal delivery systems, and evaluating drug release kinetics. The combination of DOTAP, DOPE and Carboxyfluorescein has important implications for various applications, including drug delivery and fluorescence-based studies.
