DSPE-PEG2000-cyanur (α-[(9R)-6-Hydroxy-6-oxido-1,12-dioxo-9-[(1-oxooctadecyl)oxy]-5,7,11-trioxa-2-aza-6-phosphanonacos-1-yl]-ω-[2-[(4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)amino]ethoxy]-poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl) Ammonium Salt) is a chemical compound used primarily in drug delivery systems and nanotechnology. DSPE is a phospholipid with two stearoyl (saturated fatty acid) chains, which contribute to the compound’s hydrophobic properties. PEG2000 is a polyethylene glycol polymer with an average molecular weight of 2000 Da. It provides a hydrophilic, water-soluble spacer that helps stabilize nanoparticles in aqueous environments and reduces protein adsorption. Cyanuric chloride is a triazine derivative that can be used to form stable bonds with other functional groups.
