Description

Fluorescent (Dansyl lipid) Immunoliposomes-Glutaryl (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder are employed to deliver immunomodulatory agents to specific immune cells or tissues in conditions such as autoimmune diseases or chronic inflammation. By targeting immune cells like T cells or macrophages, these liposomes can modulate immune responses with high specificity. The fluorescent labeling allows for the tracking of liposome biodistribution and cellular uptake in vivo and in vitro. Dansyl lipids exhibit excitation maxima at ~340 nm and emission maxima at ~515 nm, providing bright fluorescence in the blue-green spectrum. The fluorescence is stable under physiological conditions, making these liposomes suitable for real-time imaging and tracking applications.
