Description

Fluorescent (DiD) Immunoliposomes-Dodecanylamine (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder can be used in diagnostic applications for imaging specific biomarkers on cell surfaces. It is particularly useful for cancer diagnostics, where the expression of certain biomarkers can be visualized using DiD fluorescence. This technique allows for early detection of diseases based on the presence of target biomarkers and is useful for imaging and characterizing tumor cells or other diseased tissues. DiD is a lipophilic, near-infrared (NIR) dye used for labeling liposomal membranes. Its structure is based on a tetramethylindocarbocyanine backbone, which provides intense fluorescence, making it an ideal choice for in vivo and in vitro imaging.
