Description

Fluorescent (DiD) Immunoliposomes-PDP (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder are a class of liposome formulations used for the targeted delivery of therapeutic agents, with the added feature of a fluorescent label, DiD, that allows for in vivo and in vitro tracking and monitoring. DiD emits at around 665 nm, which is in the far-red to near-infrared spectrum, making it ideal for in vivo imaging, as this wavelength allows for deeper tissue penetration with reduced autofluorescence from biological tissues. PDP is a disulfide-containing group used in chemical conjugation and drug delivery systems. It plays a key role in modifying liposome surfaces for specific targeting or controlled release.
