Description

Fluorescent (DiI) Immunoliposomes-Maleimide (PEGylated) (Post-insertion), Lyophilized Powder incorporate DiI (1,1′-Dioctadecyl-3,3,3′,3′-Tetramethylindocarbocyanine Perchlorate), a lipophilic orange-red fluorescent dye, for visualizing and tracking liposome behavior in biological systems. The maleimide groups on the liposome surface enable selective conjugation to thiol-containing biomolecules, such as antibodies, peptides, or proteins, making them ideal for targeted applications. The PEGylation (polyethylene glycol modification) improves circulation time and reduces immunogenicity, while the lyophilized powder form ensures long-term stability and convenient reconstitution for immediate use.
