Fluorescent (DiR) Immunoliposomes-Carboxylic Acid (PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder are valuable in preclinical studies involving small animals, where the entire body can be imaged to track the delivery and localization of therapeutic agents in deep tissues such as tumors, liver, and spleen. The NIR fluorescence of DiR is ideal for non-invasive imaging of biological tissues. DiR provides superior tissue penetration and reduced background noise, enabling detailed visualization of liposome biodistribution in vivo. In addition, DiR immunoliposomes are powerful tools in immunotherapy. Functionalized with antibodies or ligands targeting immune cells, they can deliver immune modulators, such as checkpoint inhibitors, cytokines, or antigens, to specific immune cell populations.
