Description

Fluorescent (DiR) Immunoliposomes-Dodecanylamine (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder are composed of DiR (1,1′-dioctadecyl-3,3,3′,3′-tetramethylindocarbocyanine iodide), a far-red fluorescent dye used for tracking liposome biodistribution and cellular uptake in real-time. The liposomes are surface-modified with dodecanylamine, a 12-carbon fatty amine that imparts a positive charge, enhancing electrostatic interactions with cell membranes and promoting efficient cellular internalization.
