Description

Fluorescent (NBD lipid (headgroup)) Immunoliposomes-PDP (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder incorporate NBD (nitrobenzoxadiazole) lipid at the headgroup of the lipid bilayer, offering a fluorescent marker that can be easily detected in the UV-visible range (excitation around 460 nm, emission around 530 nm). The NBD group, embedded in the headgroup of the lipid, allows for highly sensitive fluorescent imaging that is ideal for tracking liposome distribution and cellular uptake in both in vitro and in vivo environments. This makes them particularly useful for studying liposomal dynamics, intracellular trafficking, and targeting efficiency of therapeutic payloads.
