Description

Fluorescent (Pyrene lipid) Immunoliposomes-Folate (PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder can be used to deliver immune checkpoint inhibitors, such as anti-PD-1 or anti-CTLA-4 antibodies, to specific sites of immune activation or tumor tissues. This improves the localization and potency of immune therapies while minimizing systemic side effects. The liposomes can also be used to deliver tumor antigens or adjuvants directly to dendritic cells, thereby enhancing the immune response and boosting the efficacy of cancer vaccines. The fluorescence enables real-time monitoring of the vaccine delivery and immune activation.
