Fluorescent (Pyrene lipid) Immunoliposomes-Maleimide (PEGylated) (Post-insertion), Lyophilized Powder can be used to probe lipid bilayer properties, including membrane fluidity, phase separation, and lipid-protein interactions. The pyrene fluorescence can be used as a sensitive reporter for studying membrane behavior in response to environmental changes, such as temperature, pH, or the presence of other molecules. Besides, pyrene fluorescence enables real-time imaging of liposome dynamics, such as their uptake by cells, trafficking, and interactions with biological membranes. The fluorescence emitted by pyrene is sensitive to the environment within the lipid bilayer, making it useful for studying membrane fluidity, phase transitions, and lipid-lipid interactions.
