Description

Fluorescent (Rhodamine lipid) Immunoliposomes-Folate (PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder can be loaded with a variety of chemotherapeutic agents, including taxanes (e.g., paclitaxel), platinum-based drugs (e.g., cisplatin), or anthracyclines (e.g., doxorubicin). These liposomes are designed to deliver these drugs directly to tumor cells that express the folate receptor, thereby increasing the therapeutic index by reducing the systemic side effects of chemotherapy. These liposomes can also deliver gene-editing tools (e.g., CRISPR/Cas9) or RNA therapeutics (e.g., siRNA, mRNA) to tumor cells, allowing for precise genetic modifications that can either suppress tumor growth or induce cell death. The folate receptor targeting ensures selective delivery to tumor cells, while the rhodamine fluorescence enables tracking of the gene therapy’s progress.
