Description

Fluorescent (Rhodamine lipid) Immunoliposomes-Maleimide (PEGylated) (Post-insertion), Lyophilized Powder are ideal for studying protein-lipid interactions. These liposomes can be used to investigate how membrane proteins interact with lipids in cell membranes. By labeling both the liposomes and the proteins with different fluorescent dyes, it is possible to study their binding and interactions in a cellular environment. In combination with targeting ligands, these liposomes can be used in drug screening assays to study drug efficacy. The liposomes can be used as delivery vehicles to test the uptake of various compounds in cultured cells. The Rhodamine fluorescence can be used to monitor the cellular uptake and the efficacy of drug candidates in a high-throughput manner.
