Fmoc-D-Asp(tBu)-MHPA PEG-Polystyrene Resin is suitable for peptide drugs that require extended activity. D-aspartic acid are used in therapeutic peptides to enhance stability and resistance to proteolysis. Peptides synthesized on this resin can be used in the development of candidates for diseases where proteolytic resistance is key. Beyond, the MHPA linker allows for peptide cleavage under controlled conditions using mild acidic agents like TFA mixed with scavengers (e.g., water, triisopropylsilane) to preserve sensitive residues.
