Description

Fmoc-L-Ile-NHN=Pyv Resin (Fmoc-L-isoleucyl-hydrazono-pyruvyl-aminomethylpolystyrene resin) incorporates a hydrazono-pyruvyl (NHN=Pyv) moiety for site-specific modifications. This resin is particularly valuable for peptide bioconjugation, peptide-drug conjugates, and controlled release systems, where the hydrazone bond provides a reversible linkage. Fmoc (9-Fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl) group protects the N-terminal amine, allowing sequential peptide elongation in SPPS. The NHN=Pyv group introduces a hydrazone bond, which is stable at neutral pH but cleavable under acidic conditions. The AMPS resin provides high stability and efficient peptide loading.
