Description

Fmoc-Ser(t-Bu) Low Crosslinked Polystyrene-PEG S TRT Resin (Fmoc-Ser(t-Bu) Low Crosslinked Polystyrene-PEG S Trityl Resin) is preloaded with serine, a hydroxyl-containing amino acid, protected with a t-butyl (t-Bu) group at the hydroxyl side chain to prevent side reactions during peptide synthesis. Additionally, the α-amino group is protected with an Fmoc (9-fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl) group, enabling stepwise elongation of the peptide chain under standard SPPS conditions. The inclusion of the S TRT linker (a trityl-based linker) allows mild acid cleavage, ideal for synthesizing peptides containing sensitive sequences or functional groups. Polystyrene resin is an essential material for a wide range of uses in research, diagnostics, medical devices, and multiple industial applications from packaging to construction.
