Description

Heparin-biotin sodium salt is a conjugate where biotin is covalently attached to heparin, a naturally occurring anticoagulant glycosaminoglycan. Heparin is a highly sulfated glycosaminoglycan that inhibits blood clotting by enhancing the activity of antithrombin III, a natural clotting inhibitor.
