HSPC/Chol/DSPE-mPEG2000 (56.2/38.5/5.3, mol/mol) Liposomes (DiD-labeled), Lyophilized Powder are a sophisticated lipid nanoparticle formulation designed for advanced applications in drug delivery, cellular imaging, biodistribution studies, and fluorescence-based tracking. DiD is a near-infrared fluorescent dye that intercalates into the liposomal bilayer due to its hydrophobic nature. It emits fluorescence in the NIR range (~644 nm excitation and ~665 nm emission), providing high tissue penetration and low background autofluorescence for in vivo imaging applications.
