Description

Immunoliposomes-DBCO (PEGylated) (post insertion), Lyophilized Powder combine liposomal properties, DBCO for bioorthogonal conjugation, and PEG chains for stability and immune evasion. The core consists of a bilayer composed of phospholipid molecules that can encapsulate a range of payloads such as drugs, oligonucleotides, imaging agents, or other therapeutic compounds. DBCO groups are embedded into the lipid composition or attached to the liposome surface via modified lipids that allow them to participate in SPAAC reactions. PEG chains are introduced post-formation by incorporating PEG-lipid conjugates into the liposome surface through hydrophobic interactions or other physical insertion techniques.
