Description

Mannosylated Fluoroliposome-DiA, Lyophilized Powder (m-Fluoroliposome-DiA) combines the properties of liposomes (lipid-based vesicles), fluorophores, and specific targeting capabilities via mannose moieties. This structure is engineered for targeted drug delivery, imaging, and other therapeutic applications, particularly in the field of cancer therapy, infection, and immune modulation. Mannose residues are covalently attached to the surface of the liposomes. These can be linked via glycolipids or phospholipids, creating a targeting feature that allows the liposomes to specifically interact with cells that have high mannose receptor expression, such as macrophages or tumor cells.
