Description

MC-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE represents an ADC where the cytotoxic agent (MC or MMAE) is conjugated to the antibody component via the linker system (Val-Cit-PAB). Val-Cit-PAB is a linker system that connects the cytotoxic agent (MC) to the antibody component of the ADC. Monomethyl auristatin E is the active form of the cytotoxic agent MC. Upon release from the ADC, MMAE exerts its cytotoxic effects by disrupting microtubule dynamics, leading to cell death.
