mPEG-PLA-COOH (Methoxy Poly(ethylene glycol)-b-Poly(lactide)-Succinic acid) is a functional biodegradable amphiphilic block copolymers (ABCs) which has -COOH group at the end of PLA block, is used to prepare nanoparticles and micelles for drug delivery. Micelle core can be further modified by -COOH group to increase drug loading efficiency or micelle stability.
