Description

mPEG-PLGA (Poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether-b-Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)) is a self-assembling block copolymer with poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) as hydrophobic segment and PEG as hydrophilic block. It can be used to prepare drug loaded nanoparticles where the core PLGA regions serve as reservoirs for hydrophobic drugs. The PLGA polyester is biodegradable via hydrolysis on the ester bonds. LA/GA molar ratio will be 1:1 with no request. Specified molecular weight and molecular ratio may be offered by custom synthesis. Please contact us for more details.
