Description

mPEG-PLGA (Poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether-b-Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)) can be used to prepare nanoparticles for drug delivery applications. The polymer contains a hydrophobic poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) block attached to a hydrophilic PEG block. The polyester PLGA allows hydrolytic degradation on the ester bonds. LA/GA molar ratio will be 1:1 with no request. Specified molecular weight and molecular ratio may be offered by custom synthesis. Please contact us for more details.
