Description

N3-PEG-SH (Thiol-PEG-Azide) can be conjugated with fluorescent dyes via click chemistry to create fluorescent probes for imaging applications. These probes can be used to label cells, tissues, or biomolecules in vitro or in vivo, providing valuable information on biological processes, disease states, or therapeutic responses. In hydrogel synthesis, Thiol-PEG-Azide can be used to create cross-linked networks via thiol-ene or thiol-maleimide chemistry.
