Description

PDLLA-PEG-NH2 (Poly(D,L-lactide)-block-poly(ethylene glycol)-Amine) can be used to encapsulate and deliver various therapeutic agents, including small molecules, proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids. The hydrophobic PDLLA segments provide a matrix for drug encapsulation, while the hydrophilic PEG segments enhance the stability, biocompatibility, and circulation time of the delivery system. The amino group (NH2) can be used for further functionalization, such as conjugation of targeting ligands or imaging agents, to achieve targeted drug delivery and enhanced therapeutic efficacy.
