Description

PDLLA-PEG-NH2 (Poly(D,L-lactide)-block-poly(ethylene glycol)-Amine) can be conjugated with imaging agents, such as fluorophores, radiotracers, or contrast agents, for diagnostic imaging applications. The hydrophilic PEG segments improve the solubility and circulation time of the imaging probes, while the amino group enables site-specific conjugation and targeting to diseased tissues or cells. PDLLA-PEG-NH2-based imaging probes can be used for non-invasive imaging modalities, including fluorescence imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and positron emission tomography (PET).
