PDLLA-PEG-PDLLA (Poly(D,L-lactide)-block-poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(D,L-lactide)) is investigated as carriers for nucleic acid delivery in gene therapy applications. The copolymer’s ability to condense nucleic acids into nanoparticles protects them from degradation and facilitates cellular uptake.
