PG-based Fluoroliposome-Dansyl lipid-DBCO, Lyophilized Powder can be used in diagnostic imaging. The fluorescent Dansyl tag allows for the non-invasive detection of liposome accumulation at disease sites. This is especially valuable for early-stage cancer detection, monitoring inflammation, or atherosclerotic plaque imaging in cardiovascular disease models. In addition, the fluorescence signal from Dansyl liposomes enables tracking of the distribution and biodistribution of the liposomes in real time using fluorescence-based imaging modalities, which can help identify disease foci early and monitor treatment efficacy.
