Description

PG-based Fluoroliposome-DiI, Lyophilized Powder can be used in toxicological studies to evaluate the biocompatibility and safety of liposome formulations. The ability to track liposome behavior in vivo helps assess whether they accumulate in non-target organs and whether they cause any adverse effects over time. In addition, DiI-labeled liposomes can be combined with other imaging modalities like MRI, CT, or PET to provide a more comprehensive picture of liposome distribution and therapeutic activity. Multimodal imaging helps to improve sensitivity, resolution, and the overall understanding of liposome behavior in vivo.
