Description

PG-based Fluoroliposome-DiR-DBCO, Lyophilized Powder can be functionalized with immune checkpoint inhibitors (e.g., anti-PD-1 or anti-CTLA-4 antibodies), cytokines (e.g., interleukins), or other immunomodulatory agents to enhance the immune response against tumors. Liposomes can specifically target tumor-associated immune cells, improving the efficiency of immune checkpoint therapy. PG-based Fluoroliposome-DiR-DBCO can also be used for gene correction in genetic diseases, such as cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy, or hemophilia, by delivering gene-editing tools directly to the patient’s cells, either in vivo or ex vivo (e.g., in cell-based therapies).
