Plain Exosome-Mimicking Liposomes, Lyophilized Powder consist of a lipid bilayer composed of phospholipids, such as phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), and cholesterol, which form the vesicular structure. These liposomes are artificially engineered in a laboratory and do not contain the specific proteins or nucleic acids naturally found in exosomes unless intentionally added. They can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic or hydrophilic substances in their lipid bilayer or aqueous core, respectively.
