PLGA-PEG-IA (Poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)-b-Poly(ethylene glycol)-Iodolacetyl) is a chemical compound combining PLGA, PEG and Iodolacetyl. PLGA can be customized to have different properties, including biodegradation rate and drug release kinetics, by adjusting its molecular weight and the ratio of lactic acid to glycolic acid. Iodoacetamide is a chemical compound that contains an iodo group and a thioamide group. It is commonly used in biochemical and proteomic research to alkylate sulfhydryl (-SH) groups in proteins, particularly cysteine residues. LA/GA molar ratio will be 1:1 with no request.
