Description

PLGA-PEG-IA (Poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)-b-Poly(ethylene glycol)-Iodolacetyl) is a nanomicellar-forming block copolymer which can be used for formulation and delivery of biopharmaceutical drugs. The hydrophobic property of the poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) enables encapsulation and congregation of other hydrophobic drugs. The iodoacetyl end group can react with thiol (SH) via formation of thioether bond. LA/GA molar ratio will be 1:1 with no request.
