Description

Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-butylacrylate) (polyNIPAM-BA) combines the unique properties of NIPAM with the characteristics of butyl acrylate. It exhibits a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) around 32°C. This polymer can be incorporated into hydrogels used in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. The temperature responsiveness can be leveraged to encapsulate cells, allowing for their controlled release and integration into the host tissue.
