Description

Propargyl-PEG13-alcohol is a PEG linker with a terminal alkyne group and and an alcohol on the ends. The propargyl group can participate in click chemistry reactions, especially with azides. This makes the compound suitable for bioconjugation applications, where it can be used to functionalize biomolecules or surfaces. The alcohol group can be further derivatized to various functional groups. The increasing aqueous solubility derived from PEG spacer makes such linker an ideal conjugation linkers for biological applications.
