Description

PS-based Fluoroliposome-Cyanine 7 lipid, Lyophilized Powder can be used for non-invasive in vivo imaging of biological processes. Cy7’s emission wavelength allows for deeper tissue penetration and reduced interference from autofluorescence, making it ideal for imaging in animal models and potentially in clinical settings. Besides, PS is often externalized on the surface of dying or apoptotic cells, signaling immune cells like dendritic cells and macrophages. PS-based liposomes can exploit this pathway, enhancing the ability to present tumor-associated antigens to the immune system. By incorporating Cy7, the biodistribution of liposomes and the immune response can be monitored in real time.
