Description

PS-based Fluoroliposome-DiD-DBCO, Lyophilized Powder can accumulate preferentially in tumor tissues. DBCO functionalization enables targeting with azide-conjugated antibodies or peptides, delivering chemotherapeutic agents or immunotherapeutic molecules directly to the tumor, minimizing off-target toxicity. Besides, DiD fluorescence enables high-sensitivity imaging of liposome distribution in live animals, helping assess the pharmacokinetics, targeting efficiency, and clearance rates of liposomal formulations.
