Description

PS-based Fluoroliposome-Rhodamine lipid-Azide, Lyophilized Powder can be modified to promote endosomal escape, a key factor in effective intracellular delivery of payloads such as RNA, proteins, and small molecules. The azide group allows for the attachment of endosomal escape enhancers (such as proton sponge agents), improving the intracellular release of therapeutic agents. The Rhodamine fluorescence can be used to track the liposomes’ journey through the endosomal pathway and ensure successful drug release in the cytoplasm or nucleus.
