Rocaglamide Liposomes, Formulation KHE9A, Lyophilized Powder are a PEGylated liposomes loaded with Rocaglamide (Roc-A). Rocaglamide is a natural compound that is derived from Aglaia species of plants (such as Aglaia foveolata). It is a member of a broader class of compounds called rocaglates, which are known for their potent biological activity, especially their anti-cancer properties. Formulation KHE9A is a specific liposomal formulation of rocaglamide designed to optimize its pharmacokinetics and therapeutic efficacy. One of the most promising applications of rocaglamide liposomes is in the treatment of cancer. The anticancer properties of rocaglamide have been demonstrated in various preclinical models, showing efficacy against a wide range of cancers.
