t-Boc-Aminooxy-PEG3-thiol is a compound composed of a tert-butyloxycarbonyl (Boc) protected amino group (NH2) attached to a polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer consisting of three ethylene glycol units, terminated with a thiol group (-SH). The thiol group of t-Boc-Aminooxy-PEG3-thiol can be used for the immobilization of ligands, enzymes, or antibodies onto surfaces modified with maleimide or haloacetyl groups, enabling the creation of functionalized surfaces for biosensing, biomolecule immobilization, or cell culture applications.
