Description

t-Boc-N-amido-PEG6-acid can be employed to the application of peptide synthesis. The t-Boc protecting group on the amine allows for controlled peptide synthesis. It prevents unwanted reactions with other functional groups during peptide elongation. The PEG1 spacer can enhance solubility and flexibility of the peptide, while the carboxylic acid group enables conjugation or further modification of the peptide.
